All the basics that are helpful to know and understand are taught in this Heartfulness Meditation class. For example, how to sit, where is the best place to sit, what time is optimal to sit, how to maintain your state, how to regulate the mind, etc. This is a great class for beginners. There is will be a short guided meditation and a 20-25 minute silent meditation. Please bring a journal or diary.
