Heartfulness is a way to directly experience the lightness and joy of our True Nature.
In this workshop, participants will experience simple and effective relaxation and meditation techniques to reduce Stress, Calm your Mind, and improve the quality of your life. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you have about meditation.
Free admission. No previous experience with meditation is necessary.
