Heartfulness Meditation is a simple, practical technique that you can use alongside to any other form of yoga, meditation or spiritual practice. With practise, one is able to better integrate the Heart-based Living through Heartfulness. You are warmly invited to a free Meditation workshop. We will have a brief introduction, relaxation technique, and meditation. Please bring a journal to record your experience.

It returns you to a space before the muddled confusion and chaos in society, or as we call it, “the real world.” Heartfulness happens in the spaces before thoughts are even concrete.
