This meditation group is held weekly at the same time. It is a 12-week series which is repeated over and over for individuals to join at any point. The first 5 minutes is taught about “what is heartfulness” and explained how to meditate. A couple short videos are shown each week surrounding a specific topic of meditation. This is followed by a guided relaxation technique and then a 25-minute silent meditation. Please bring a journal to record your experiences.
