This is 3-part series held weekly every Wednesday evening at 6 pm, beginning May 16th through May 30th. It is suggested to attend all 3 sessions to learn the many aspects offered through Heartfulness Meditation.
Participants will learn how to meditate, where to sit for meditation, how long to sit for meditation, what the best time to meditate, a cleaning meditation to remove daily complexities, how to maintain your condition, how to regulate the mind, the importance of the heart and the importance of continuity of your meditation. Each session a couple of short videos are shown followed by a relaxation technique, a silent meditation and time will be allotted to have Q & A at the end of each session.
