This is an 8-week series beginning on March 6, 2017. The basics of meditation will be taught to include: how to sit, where to sit, regulating the mind, the importance of the heart, the importance of continuity, cleaning meditation, etc. Please bring a journal. Although there are chairs to sit on it might be more comfortable to bring a small pillow for greater comfort.
