This is a 4-part series offering Heartfulness Meditation. Each week a different aspect of meditation will be taught followed by a couple short video’s. Individuals will be guided through a relaxation technique and a 25 minute silent meditation. Participants will learn how to meditate, the best time to meditate, where to sit to meditate, how long to meditate, how to regulate the mind, how “cleaning meditation” can help mitigate stress, the importance of the heart, the importance of journaling, etc.
