This is a 4-part Heartfulness Meditation series. This course will teach the basics to Heartfulness Meditation to include; how to sit, where to sit, what is the optimal time to sit, how to regulate the mind, how to maintain your condition, how to deal with disturbing or racing thoughts, and much more. Research will be shared which indicates how rapidly the brain changes with this compassion-based meditation. The trainer for this course has a psychology background and shares her experiences with biofeedback and meditation.
Please bring a journal or diary to each session. There are no charges for attending any Heartfulness Meditation groups.
