The session will give the seeker an opportunity to learn an effective relaxation technique and also to experience as a simple, heart-based form of meditation. Afterwards, a panel of experienced meditators and thought leaders will share insights and tips on how to incorporate meditation smoothly into a typical busy lifestyle. Following will be by a talk on achieving wellness through nutritious eating and healthy living. We will end by enjoying a wholesome, delicious lunch.
