Located just south of the main gates on Mill Street, the Meditation Station will be the spot for OmT.O. guests to mindfully reflect on their surroundings and the day. These energetic certified trainers, all volunteers, are part of a worldwide non-profit movement. They will offer individual and group relaxation and meditation sessions throughout the day, at the north end of the plaza. What makes Heartfulness meditation unique is yogic transmission, which helps us dive deep in the heart during meditation. A midday Heartfulness session will also be offered from the stage.
