Invitation to experience Heartfulness Meditation on Yoga Day

The Heartfulness Institute invites you to relax and meditate with us anytime and as many times as possible in connection with International Yoga day from June 21st at 6.30 a.m. till the 26th at 9.30 p.m.local time. During this time, you will be exposed to Heartfulness meditation with yogic transmission. Transmission is the essence of a good inner life that needs to be experienced to appreciate.

About Heartfulness Meditation

Heartfulness offers heart based techniques to de-stress and rejuvenate using its relaxation method; to charge up in the morning by meditation, unwind in the evening and develop complementary strengths and attitudes as one goes to sleep. These tools will help yoga practitioners to fully benefit from any yogic practice. Heartfulness is offered for free and can be practiced from the comfort of one’s own home or in a group at work, school and community centers. There are many meditation centers, or “Heartspots,” in about 110 countries around the world.
