The Heartfulness Institute invites you to relax and meditate with us anytime and as many times as possible in connection with International Yoga day from June 21st at 6.30 a.m. till the 26th at 9.30 p.m. local time. During this time you will be exposed to our meditation with yogic transmission. Transmission is the essence of a good inner life that needs to be experienced to appreciate.

We invite you to meditate with Daaji on 21st June 2016. Livecast session will start at 6 PM IST and Daaji will conduct meditation for everyone worldwide at 6:30 PM IST.

What is Heartfulness, and what does it offer to seekers of Yoga?

Heartfulness offers heart based techniques to de-stress and rejuvenate using its relaxation method; to charge up in the morning by meditation, unwind in the evening and develop complementary strengths and attitudes as one goes to sleep. These tools will help yoga practitioners to fully benefit from any yogic practice.
