Heartfulness Workshop is designed for you to get your first practical experience with meditation on the heart. The workshop items 1 1/2 hour and consists of three guided exercises.

 A second offering of 10-week Heartfulness meditation course is scheduled for Feb 27 - June 19, 2017 (every other Monday) at 12-12:45 PM. This is instructor-led course conducted by me and open for enrollment to faculty and staff of Harvard schools ( Medical school and School of Public Health) and Harvard affiliated hospitals in Longwood Medical area, Boston. The course participation is free of cost and is run by Harvard Medical School, Human resources Work/Life programs .
